To know where that ceiling was painted.....DRUMROLL.....Anthropologie. Yep, it is on the ceiling of the flagship Anthropologie store on Rittenhouse square in Philly. Who would have guessed? I bet you thought it was a museum or perhaps a church(those guys kind of look like monks?) A little searching turned up that the store (3-4 stories) with a glorious spiral staircase used to be an old mansion. Pretty cool, I wonder who all those men were.
So I am just thinking and ruminating on an idea....but I really kind of sort of probably most definitely want to start a little side photography business shooting people. I am thinking I might take on some free clients just to get the hang of how it works. No poses or fake stuff. Anyone interested? Dead serious.
And now for a refreshing recipe for summer... I haven't tried it but it sounds delishus(my tribute to Ramona Quimby). Recipe found here.

I like a fruit pizza, although rarely have the occasion to eat them. But I saw this picture of individual fruit pizzas and thought....I CAN DO THAT....well haven't yet. but definitely plan to.

Summer Lovin....
The fact is I hate the song "Summer Lovin". I know it is almost sacreligious to hate "Grease" but I worked at a bar/restaurant for years and every Saturday was karaoke night which meant some collection of hack singers would get up and sing that song at at a minimum, 10 times per night. Either way, I do love summer...as represented by the following photos:

Philadelphia, Summer 2011 Part 2
Capogiro, pretty much the best gelato place I have ever been to. I liked it so much I inquired into franchising it into Minnesota. We will see. |

Philadelphia, Summer 2011
So, here is the low down. I love Philadelphia. I have been going there for years for work and I just love the old buildings, the diverse population, the accent, the food(AMAZING), the shopping, just everything.

My Note from The Universe Today
At long last, Becky, a 2 point Spiritual Litmus Test to see whether or not any old religious doctrine or modern day "ism" is worthy of celebration:
Does it empower all, without conditions and favoritism?
Is everyone loved, forgiven, and accepted eternally?
Hallelujah!
The Universe
